Job Overview Join our team as an On-Site Manager in the vacation rental industry where you'll lead our on-site team, maintain property cleanliness, adhere to company policies, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will supervise the staff to enforce policies, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills, along with the ability to handle urgent matters calmly and efficiently. Job Responsibilities Maintain an organized, tidy environment ensuring that signage and displays are attractive to guests and owners. Support the needs of the on-site team. Ensure staff members remain compliant with company policies and procedures. Answer phone calls to assist guests or owners with questions, reservations, or problems. Check guests in and out. Effectively resolve conflicts or complaints from guests and owners. Provide exceptional service in all interactions. Submit work orders and assign them to the appropriate vendors. Follow up with owners as necessary. Communicate clearly and effectively with the on-site team, guests, owners, and vendors. Efficiently manage time and meet assigned deadlines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to work weekends and holidays Ability to work after hours on-call shifts as needed Must currently live in Destin, FL Schedule This is a full-time position located in Destin, FL. Working days will be Sunday through Saturday with scheduled shifts based on business needs. Weekend work, holiday work, and on-call shifts are required.
