We are actively seeking passionate, professional, and dedicated individuals to join our team as full-time Registered Behavior Technicians. Role Overview: As a key member of our team, you will: Provide high-quality, home-based ABA therapy. Implement behavior intervention plans designed specifically for each child. Qualifications: Current RBT certification or completion of the 40-hour RBT training. Strong commitment to a child-first therapy approach. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus. Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively work with children, families, and team members.
