Up to $15,000 Sign-On bonus for experienced Registered Nurse / RN POSITION SUMMARY The Assistant Nurse Manager is a registered nurse who, using critical thinking skills, coordinates the clinical activities within the unit and service line as needed and collaborates with other members of the health care team. She/he directly and indirectly supervises the care rendered by all service line staff. QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Associate Degree, BSN preferred Experience: 2-3 yrs RN experience in Medical/Surgical License: REGISTERED NURSE Certification: BLS & ACLS (AMERICAN HEART ASSN) #LI-NM1 Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce.
