Supervisor Salary: 70,000 : 80,000 per annum Location: Wilmington, DE The client I am working with is a large multinational QSR chain with an extreme global presence. We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor who has prior experience in a corporate chain in a similar role. If you are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to reach out Responsibilities: * Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow during assigned shifts* Supervising and directing crew members to efficiently complete tasks and deliver excellent service* Providing training, guidance, and feedback to team members to ensure performance standards are met* Monitoring food quality, portion control, and adherence to safety and sanitation procedures* Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock* Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues promptly and professionally* Conducting regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards* Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management Ideal Supervisor: * Experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably within the fast:food industry or in a corporate chain environment* Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines* Customer:focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays If youre interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Ashley today are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
