Orion Talent, the nation's largest military recruiting firm, is currently recruiting transitioning or former military professionals for an Assembly Technician position with the global leader in providing protective packaging and technical molded filling and part. Position Details: Service Center Technician --- Location: Cincinnati, OH (Westchester) --- Shift: Monday - Friday 6 AM - 2:30 PM --- Compensation: $25/hr. based on skills and experience, +OT First Year W2 - $60k+, based on projects and overtime --- Benefits: Industry-leading benefits package including comprehensive health, dental, life, Short Term Disability and Long-Term Disability; 401(k) match, vacation, and holidays. --- Travel: N/A --- Vaccine Requirement: No Position Description: The primary responsibility of the Service Technician will be fabrication, assembly, wiring, and construction of custom integration systems using appropriate framing materials and ensuring compliance with industry, company, and client standards and quality specifications. Requirements: --- Industrial Maintenance/Service Experience (2 years +) or training/degree --- Electrical and Mechanical Ability - working with hand/power tools, multi-meters, general electrical or mechanical applications to trouble shoot and resolve issues, basic wiring skills and techniques --- Ability to read Basic Electrical Schematic and Engineered Drawings --- Fabrication skills, particularly metal cutting, drilling, tapping, milling, etc. --- Strong initiative and self-drive, motivation, and interpersonal skills
