The Opportunity: We have a vision to be the Amazon of chemicals and seek top talent to participate in our continued growth. This newly created role is an integral part of reaching our growth goals. We buy chemicals in bulk and put them into smaller containers for our customers. This is a closely knit team who really enjoy working with each other. Although the work is fast-paced, safety and accuracy come before speed. In this role, the QA Inspector will work closely with the entire production and shipping team ensuring labels are accurate and that we are working together to continuously improve the quality of our deliverables. Essential Responsibilities: Perform document review and approval of completed quality and production documents Conduct routine audits/reviews/inspection Assist in the preparation and hosting of audits including customer, ISO, and internal Proactively communicate with the QA/QC Manager and Operations Manager regarding any quality issues Any other duties assigned by the supervisor Qualifications & Expertise: Knowledge and prior experience in an ISO 9001 or similar environment Knowledge of quality systems Attention to details is a must Food/Beverage, Chemical, or other regulated environment experience is a plus! Proficient with Google Suite and strong technical aptitude Excellent organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Physical Demands Substantial movements (motion) of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers in a repetitive manner. Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors). Continuous sitting, standing, walking, using stairs, hearing, talking, bending, crouching, and working closely with others.
