Job Description Summary As part of the Procurement Strategy and Enablement team, focus on technology-centric Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM) tool, including process design and technology implementation for automated procurement systems to help reduce costs, increase spend visibility and compliance, and increase stakeholder satisfaction. Work with vendors to integrate into the P2P process. Collaborate with other functional areas to ensure proper buying channels are identified and implemented in P2P. Job Description Responsibilities: Serve as the System Admin and main point of contact and subject matter expert for procurement's CLM system functionality and processes.SME for the CLM tool and SAP Ariba systems.Testing of the system and issue resolution from the frequent updates is a key to maintain the system current, functional and prevent issues. Draft release notes and inform all relevant users on changes to the toolUpdate the training manuals for all users frequently according to the 3-week releases and updatesSet up delegates in the CLM tool and train accordinglyManage enhancement request process - prioritization, communication, facilitation of user functional / acceptance testing and training on new enhancementsIssue resolution: Review technical feeds and resolve errors (utilize Sirion's support for technical issues)Add/remove all users as applicable (integration with Workday will not be implemented till next year, at best)Add new suppliers to the tool (ensure data point with Fieldglass and Ariba for a seamless integration)Mange the cost center feed from Ariba and ensure no errorsTickets assignment based on matrixMake changes to the level 1 and level 2 approvers as a workflow if it changes (working with the Ariba admins)ReportingConduct ongoing and on-demand training to all usersMain POC for auditsMonitor data feeds and compliance to all below groups, as identified as users who will be involved, or should be informed on the processAssist with the development of training documents, training new hires and resolving system-related issues.Perform supplier analysis to prioritize onboarding; work with technical team to develop standards for supplier interfaces. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or related degree, or equivalent experienceFive years of experience in procurement, outsourcing and vendor managementIn-depth knowledge of procurement and vendor management end-to-end processesExperience using sourcing and procurement toolsExperience in data analysis and gathering information from a broad stakeholder baseCommunication and presentation skills; ability to interact with all levels of the organizationTechnical aptitude and strong computer skillsProficiency using MS Office Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Ariba Source-to-Pay implementations Working Conditions: Commuting Remote employees will need to report to a Company office location at times, but will perform their work primarily remotely. **Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to applicable pay transparency and compensation posting laws. It is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations.** The Salary for this position generally ranges between $77,000 - $90,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law. Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company discretion.
