The Recruiting Coordinator will help our company grow and thrive by hiring the most qualified people, and ensure that we attract and recruit high-level talent to build a strong employer brand. A Recruiting Coordinator will source, conduct phone screens, phone interviews, follow up, coordinate with hiring managers, schedule in person and interviews, and send offer letters to prospective candidates for all open requisitions! AmeriPro Roofing's Career team is one of the most important divisions within the company. The Recruiting Coordinator's main focus will be staffing for our outside sales teams across the country for all branches. Compensation & Benefits: Salary $45,000 - $65,000 / year (based on experience) Bonus opportunities (up to $6K every quarter) Paid Time Off (Sick and Vacation Days) Full Insurance benefits 401K Plan with Employer Contribution Company Paid Holidays Full Time Office Position: Monday-Friday 8:30-5PM Why AmeriPro Roofing? Qualifications: 1-2 years of full cycle Recruiting experience preferred (not required) Experience working with an ATS (applicant tracking system) and or CRM strongly preferred Experience using social media to source candidates (LinkedIn or other platforms) Experience recruiting and filling sales or commissioned role a PLUS Previous experience recruiting for or working in outside sales, inside sales, telemarketing, home improvements, door to door sales, or B2B industries/roles Strong Phone presence, email etiquette and professionalism Experience with Microsoft Office 365 products Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and multiple deadlines Excellent communication & Organizational skills Call center staffing or relatable high volume recruiting preferred Duties: Review and qualify applicants per job description and requirements Perform initial contact with applicants via phone, email, and texting software Conduct initial phone interview process with prospective candidates Schedule in person interviews for hiring managers for various departments Send offers /background checks/ follow up on existing offers Track and maintain organization of candidate pipeline through are ATS Build relationships with candidates for the future Send calendar invites to hiring managers and office staff for face to face interviews Responsible for maintaining hiring quotas for sales staff Responsible for maintaining relationship with candidates up to and through the interview process 50-75 Inbound/Outbound calls Daily Maintain incoming call queue Powered by JazzHR
