Requirements: A genuine love for dogs and a commitment to their well-being and training. Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to lead a team, set objectives, and make decisions. Best in class customer service and communication skills to interact with clients and resolve issues. Strong organizational skills to manage scheduling, classes, and staff effectively. Ability to recruit, train, and supervise trainers and support staff. Strong problem solving skills with the capability to handle challenging or unexpected situations and find solutions. Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies to help promote the franchise's services and grow the business. Proficiency in using software for scheduling, client management, and business operations. Ensuring that all safety and compliance regulations related to pet care and training are followed. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules and the needs of the franchise. Compensation: Exempt employee, eligible for benefits including paid holidays, PTO, healthcare, 401k with company match and more.
