This position will require the candidate be within commuting distance of Patuxent River, MD. This position will perform management, technical, or business case analyses for a NAVAIR program office. This position will apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Primary Duties: Analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules. Perform management, technical, or business case analyses, and collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Skills and Qualifications: Strong customer relations, analytics, documentation skills Self-starter, highly motivated, strong work ethic with a commitment to quality Microsoft office suite proficiency, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint Ability to work within a challenging, fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to work independently Ability to multi-task and meet competing, deliverable deadlines Detail oriented Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear status and/or communicate issues Ability to adapt to evolving technology Preferred but not required to have experience with Interactive Multi-sensor Analysis Tool (IMAT) Explore Education and Experience: Master’s Degree in business or a related discipline 10 years of financial management experience In lieu of a Masters Degree a Bachelors degree in business or a related discipline may be substituted with required years of experience Clearance: This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. In order to complete the requirements for government security clearance investigation you must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to complete the full background investigation. This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance.
