A bit about us : We’re a young, friendly family of three with an active, healthy lifestyle! We have 2 Goldendoodles and busy schedules. I will usually be out of the home working or exercising when our nanny is working, and my husband’s going back to work soon (usually out of the home). We are very open and honest communicators looking for a nanny with good energy! Our sweet 2-month-old baby loves cuddles and eating! He’s an alert baby. He’s not much of a napper and he likes sitting up. A bit about you: You’re confident, energetic, and outgoing. You’re a loving, affectionate, bilingual (Spanish/English) nanny who enjoys engaging infants and toddlers. You’re a punctual person and you can be really flexible when it comes to scheduling with prior communication. Being open and honest is just who you are. You’re looking for a fantastic family to grow with and support! You’re open to traveling with us! Job Duties: All child-related tasks such as diapering, feeding, burping, soothing, age-appropriate sensory play, going for walks with the baby, occasionally driving baby to appointments, and ensuring baby’s safety and following family rules for safety/privacy. Household tasks include washing and folding family laundry and baby laundry, light tidying, and feeding the dogs if okay with some pet care. *Working additional hours with solid prior communication from the family. Position Highlights : Long-term Job Security (2 years or more) Some PTO and Sick Pay Additional Hours Available Nanny Car Available No Cooking Skills Required Minimal Driving Travel Qualifications : You have 5 years minimum of childcare experience with infants and toddlers, Child Development knowledge, experience with a sleep schedule, valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, can speak Spanish/English, are willing to travel, have a valid passport, and are willing to sign an NDA. Set yourself apart : You love dogs and have athletic ability! Schedule: Mon-Fri: 8a-12p (or 9a-1p) Every other Friday: 6-10p (Date night) Sundays starting in September-March (6-8 hours TBD) Pay: $35 an hour **All applicants must first interview with a Jovie specialist. Qualifying applicants will meet the family prior to being hired. This job is not visa eligible. *Please note that during this time of COVID-19, Jovie expects all employees to follow CDC guidelines and ensure best hygiene practices when working and in their personal time.
