Welder Position 3 rd shift Heber Springs Area $18-$24/hr. Background check and drug screening required Welders must have experience in Flux core and Solid wire welding. Must be able to read and follow blueprints and written and verbal directions. Operating various types of metal fabricating equipment such as plate rolls, CNC plasma cutting table, band saws, ironworker, Sub Arc, and automated welders. Must be able to operate a fork truck and overhead cranes and assist in loading trucks for shipments. At times may be tasked to work outdoors in varying weather conditions to complete jobs. May be required to enter vessels and weld inside semi-enclosed spaces. Shop temperatures fluctuate, heated in the summer and cool in the winter, must be adaptable. Welders may be tasked to do things outside of the parameters of welding as well. Small shop environment. Must have the ability to cross-train in multiple areas to utilize manpower. Welders must be able to pass a basic fit and weld test before approval to hire is offered.
