CENTRIC Mechanical Services is a commercial, industrial HVAC, and comprehensive solutions company. We are dedicated to maintaining a culture of quality personnel while providing exceptional services. We are looking for the right fit to fill an immediate opening for a Commercial HVAC Experienced Installer who is responsible for the following: Installing light and mid-grade commercial equipment, primarily in office buildings Package units, rooftop units, and other HVAC equipment Sheet metal, ductwork, and re-ducting Leading a 2-man crew and overseeing all aspects of the install Primarily installing Trane, Lennox, York, and some Daikin units We DO NOT do any restaurant or refrigeration work What we offer you: 80% employer covered medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid holidays and PTO $1,000 per year tool account 401k up to 6% match Life Insurance Disability Insurance Professional development Pay rate: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour, depending on experience Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Completion of an HVAC trade school 4 years of commercial HVAC service experience Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Organized with good communication skills Ability to follow blueprints and understand technical instructions Must be able to lift and carry 100 pounds Successfully pass a background check and drug screen Experienced leading a team and training helpers Preferred Qualifications: Universal EPA HVAC installer, journeyman, installation technician, HVAC HVAC Technician, AC installer, AC Company
