Independent insurance broker is seeking Commercial Lines Processor assist our Commercial Lines Account Mangers. This position will be responsible for providing timely and professional day-to-day client service working closely with the assigned Account Manager. Responsibilities: Working knowledge of Property and Casualty accounts such as Artisan Contractors, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Retail. Process daily request for Certificate of Insurance Process daily request for Endorsement changes Process billing questions Experience with multiple carrier underwriters and online systems Identify, compile and manage information regarding account renewals. Qualifications Min of 5 years of insurance industry experience related to servicing medium to large commercial accounts Working knowledge of Property and Casualty accounts such as Artisan Contractors, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Retail. Property and Casualty license AMS360 software experience preferred. Knowledge of Insurance and/or Brokerage business Technical knowledge of product area or industry Ability to provide consultation and expert advice to management on risk management issues. Knowledge of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional verbal and written communication skills
