Summary Our team is passionate about early childhood education and committed to fostering each child's development. We are seeking a reliable and flexible individual to join our team. As a floater, you will play a crucial role in supporting various classrooms and age groups, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a safe, engaging environment for children. Duties Assist Teachers in implementing daily activities and lesson plans. Support classroom management and ensure a positive learning environment. Help with meal/snack times, bathroom breaks, and nap times. Engage children in educational and recreational activities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of classrooms and play areas. Follow health and safety protocols and procedures at all times. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Experience is preferred Passion for working with children and supporting their development. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong Communication skills.
