JOB TITLE: End User Support Analyst JOB LOCATION: Jersey City, NJ (onsite) WAGE RANGE*: $40-45/hr. JOB NUMBER: 32895392 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: * Minimum of a B.S. in Computer Science, MIS or related degree and two (2) years of related experience windows desktop administration JOB DESCRIPTION The candidate will provide user supports in solving desktop and trading system issues. Some of the responsibilities including but not limited to are:- Troubleshoot and diagnose desktop issues related to software, hardware and network- Install, configure and patch desktop software- Install desktop monitors and workstations- Serve as a liaison between vendor and users to understand system requirement- Knowledge in troubleshooting Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, GPO, printer- Basic knowledge in networking (TCP/IP, routing, DHCP, DNS)- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with people- Flexible to work in satellite offices and flexible with working hours- Ability to work independently and ability to prioritize and address critical production problems Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled * While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
