JOB SUMMARY Keystone Management is searching for an individual that can demonstrate maturity, solid work ethic and dependability to pressure wash and clean with the purpose and sense of urgency at the Atlanta area Marta station locations. This individual will be using high pressure equipment to clean concrete and steel structures. Other job responsibilities include but not limited to operating a lift to pressure washing and clean high areas (over 7 feet), stripping and sealing floors, cleaning and polishing stainless steel, wiping windows, wiping low and high signs, sweeping and blowing leaves and debris and remove trash from the premises. Salary: $60,000 - $65,0001st Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm (Mon-Fri)Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Flexibility to be present for all shifts to support the team and/or building as needed Must be able to follow instructions and take direction from others on team Able to use hands to perform activities involving holding, grasping, turning, and pulling Able to work in conditions that include loud noise and fumes, work on and around heavy and moving machinery, bend, climb, walk, and stand for extended periods of Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work outside in all-weather conditions Must be able to walk long distances Must be able to lift 60 pounds without assistance Atlanta area site travel is involved Must be able to pass a driving record and history check; valid driver’s license is required Must be able to pass a drug test Perform other duties assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES/LEVEL OF SUPERVISION This position has no supervisory responsibilities ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS Willing to go above and beyond Takes pride in their appearance High level of professionalism Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure Adaptable Positive attitude Willingness to share knowledge with team members, supervisors, and customer Self-discipline Reliable KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION Experience performing General Labor details preferred. Strong customer service skills Excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to effectively prioritize tasks Detail oriented HS Diploma or Equivalent WORKING CONDITIONS, TRAVEL, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with additional hours as needed to address the needs of the customer.
