Firearms Product Inspector

Description:
The Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for performing duties on a professional level and works closely with Leads, Supervisors, and Managers. This position predominantly carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: handles all aspects of customer communication, the product inspection process, and quality assurance of products returning to inventory. This is a full-time position with predominantly daytime hours. Some non-standard work shifts may be required. Responsibilities and Duties Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward employees and customers. Practice, uphold, and teach core Primary Arms expectations and procedures for an excellent customer service experience. Respond to agent and customer interactions in person, or by phone, email, and chat about product issues and return resolution. Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Address product questions using applicable tools (e.g., NetSuite, PrimaryArms.com, and manufacturer websites). Work with Receiving Team to unload and sort incoming packages. Inspect all incoming customer returns. Determine disposition of returned products. Review returns sent to accounting for processing. Contacts customers regarding PA optics warranty results and resolutions. Assists Government Sales team with inspection of items returned from agencies. Assists in the inspection of problem products in the Distribution Center. Other duties, as assigned within the Primary Arms Team.
