Job Title : Early Childhood Program Aide I Location: Calais PK Head Start Pay Range: $16.20 - $18.63 $250 Sign-on bonus Full-time with generous benefits package Join our team as an Early Childhood Program Aide, supporting teaching staff in creating a nurturing environment for young children. Under the guidance of the Center Coordinator, contribute to the success of our early childhood development program. Responsibilities: Understand and cater to the unique characteristics of individual children. Guide children through daily routines, fostering a safe and healthy learning environment. Contribute to curriculum development and engage parents in the program. Handle special care concerns and participate in nutrition and sanitation activities. Support center staff in all activities and share janitorial duties. Maintain confidentiality and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. Some experience working with young children required. Program Aide II requires DOE Ed. Tech III certification.
