RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive select sustaining activities through partnerships with Operations, Regulatory, Quality & other cross functional counterparts.Support product development through ownership of various recurring quality related activitiesOwn global device & parts SKU management & drive SKU rationalization through collaboration with cross functional associates. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 3+ years' experience in product development or project management with demonstrated cross functional business acumen.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent command of information/data and the ability to drive decisions.Organized and proactive with demonstrated ability to multitask and balance competing priorities.FDA regulated environment and/or medical device experience preferred.Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.Strong customer focus.Highly-motivated, execution-focused leader with the ability to self-define role and activities necessary for successful product commercialization and integration into BD.Strong and effective communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Advanced verbal, written and presentation/communications skills.For certain roles at BD, employment is contingent upon the Company's receipt of sufficient proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
