Description:Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for a Leasing Agent with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for the 155-unit apartment community located of Burlington Tower at the Pearl District in Downtown Portland. The Leasing Agent is an integral part of the team and is responsible for all aspects of apartment leasing including answering the phone, greeting, and assisting residents, touring prospects, maintaining curb appeal, marketing units, and accurately preparing leases and other documents. We're seeking someone with exemplary customer service skills and an outgoing personality who can exceed occupancy goals and attract prospective residents.
