Job Overview:The Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Supervising Attorney will lead a team of attorneys and case managers in fighting for significant settlements in wrongful death, traumatic brain injury (TBI), catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic cases. They will manage a significant caseload, provide client service, collaborate with multiple departments, and analyze fact patterns. Duties:Lead a team of attorneys and case managers.Manage a significant caseload.Provide informative and compassionate client service.Collaborate with multiple departments.Communicate daily with clients regarding legal strategy and treatment plans.Analyze fact patterns to establish liability.Supervise and provide guidance and counsel.Settle cases in the pre-litigation stage. Requirements:Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.2+ years of experience in Personal Injury law. Education Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar. Skills:Strong negotiation and communication skills.Supervisory and leadership abilities.Experience in settling cases in the pre-litigation stage.Spanish fluency is a plus.
