KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicate with prospective clients regarding their tax problems via telephone calls.Evaluate prospective clients’ tax issues by asking questions designed to identify the source(s) of their tax liability.Clearly articulate the benefits of our services, tailoring solutions for clients’ while assisting them in achieving financial relief.Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all client interactions, adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.Aim to meet and exceed sales targets while upholding the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.Collaborate with the team to share strategies and insights, contributing to overall sales performance. WE'RE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO ARE: Experienced in phone sales, preferred but not required. Driven and hardworking, with a keen interest in learning and personal growth.Coachable, with a willingness to embrace training and feedback to enhance their sales skills.Meticulous attention to detail and high sense of accountability.Excellent communicators, capable of building trust and rapport with clients over the phone.Adaptable, with the ability to adhere to company standards.Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
