Salaried Real Estate Assistant

We’re hiring a driven real estate agent that is salaried to support the supervising broker by conducting showings as well as outbound prospect for new business. You’ll serve as a liaison between the broker and clients and be responsible screening and conveying relevant messages and making appointments and travel arrangements for the broker. You will also be responsible for the safe-keeping of customer information in the database, showing buyers properties, preparing consultation folders, prospecting on the phone for new leads, and coordinate the supervising brokers schedule. Candidates should be quick problem solvers, extremely organized, and have some experience in real estate. This position has a base salary and a strong bonus structure. Responsibilities: • Function as the main point contact for the principal broker• Schedule meetings, travel itineraries, and any other relevant appointments for broker• Take notes and deliver messages from phone calls, emails, memos or reports to the broker• Input information received about clients through streamlined database management• Implementing filing systems and order office supplies as needed• Show properties for the supervising broker. Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License• Real estate experience preferred but not required• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Multiple Listing Service• High school diploma or equivalent required • Able to effectively communicate to clients and other team members in a timely manner • Used to handling private information and meeting hard deadlines Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 yearly About Company: SYMBIO is a real estate team with a very specific purpose: leveraging technology with humanity to create excellent experiences by simplifying real estate transactions.
