Showroom Sales Specialist - No Experience Necessary! We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Showroom Sales Specialist to join our team at American Grill & Hearth in Sarasota, FL. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to break into the sales/showroom industry with no prior experience necessary. As the Showroom Sales Specialist, you will be the face of our store and will be responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for all of our customers. You will have the opportunity to learn about our high-quality products and help customers find the perfect product for their needs. You will have the chance to work with a supportive and collaborative team and develop your professional skills as you strive to exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities:• Welcome and greet customers as they enter the showroom• Provide knowledgeable and helpful advice on products based on customer inquiries• Create customer profiles and update them accordingly for future product recommendations• Receive payments and process transactions accurately• Do clients consultations for outdoor kitchens and fireplace projects Qualifications:• Polite and personable demeanor• Ability to effectively communicate with customers• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices• Proven record of building customer relationships• U.S. work authorization and valid Driver’s License• Experience with CRM systems (preferred, but not required)• Previous sales experience (preferred, but not required) Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly + commission + bonuses About Company: Why We Love American Grill & Hearth… We're a winning team, a productive group of creative individuals who work daily consulting, designing, and organizing the construction and installation of beautiful outdoor kitchens for our clients, using the best products offered with attention to customized detail.
