Our busy hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented customer service professional to make our guests' dining experience memorable. As our Barista/Cafe Attendant, you will set up the buffet daily, ensuring that fruits, bread, cereals, and bakery items are well-stocked, and break down the buffet after service. The barista will also refill coffee and beverages as needed or when asked and remove dirty dishes and utensils. Candidates should be enthusiastic about customer service. Responsibilities:• Address visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently• Provide attentive service to guests in the dining area by taking orders, and serving food and drinks• Sanitize and ensure cleanliness of all buffet bar areas, including tables and chairs, and empty trash as needed• Disinfect and clean service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment following health and safety procedures• Set up the breakfast buffet table and ensure fresh items are stocked and available throughout the service Qualifications:• Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills• Food service industry experience is highly desired• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and coworkers• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification About Company: Dolce by Wyndham is a boutique upscale full-service hotel that will open in November of 2023. It will have 100 rooms, manual room keys, kosher catering, and a special designated Shabbos elevator that stops automatically on every floor. This new hotel will also have a rooftop pool, valet parking, and a rooftop Kosher restaurant & bar The Dolce by Wyndham is located at 5510 S. State Road 7, Hollywood, FL.
