You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. Responsibilities: • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close• Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market• Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience• Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget• Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Compensation: $100,000 at plan About Company: Thrive Realty Company is a leading independent boutique brokerage that strives to be the most trusted, empowering, and results-oriented real estate brand in southeast Michigan.
