We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Real Estate Listing Team as a Listing Team Support member. This role will primarily focus on providing administrative and operational assistance to ensure smooth and efficient processes for listing properties. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a customer service mindset, and a passion for the real estate industry. Responsibilities:• Assist with preparing and organizing listing paperwork, including contracts, agreements, and other documents• Coordinate and schedule listing appointments with clients and team members• Create and maintain accurate listing files and databases• Communicate with clients, vendors, and other team members in a professional and timely manner• Ensure that all listing documents and information are accurate and up-to-date• Conduct research on properties and neighborhoods to support the listing team• Help to prepare marketing materials and coordinate marketing efforts for listings• Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing incoming and outgoing mail Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred• Experience in real estate, sales, or customer service preferred• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong organizational and time management skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness Compensation: $10 - $12 hourly About Company: Ranked among the Top 1% of Real Estate Professionals in the United States (by Wall Street Journal Real Trends)Ranked #1 Agent in the Nation in 2021 by NAHREPRanked 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 Americas Best Real Estate Professionals Nationwide (based on transactions by Wall Street Journal Real Trends)In 2021, we helped 850+ clients sell or purchase real estate locally#1953 on the 2019 Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in AmericaIn a recent blind survey by Inc.
