Responsibilities:• Coach and teach contracts• Teach database and COI marketing• Command training• Utilize proven smart plans and drip campaigns with coaching clients• Coaching appointments• Weekly accountability with agents• Help negotiate contracts• Actively sells• Ability to teach sales script mastery Qualifications:• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job• Real estate sales experience• 10+ completed transactions• Team player• Coachable and trainable• Commission opportunity • Good communication• Attend ongoing KW training and events Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams is one of the most collaborative offices.
