Responsibilities: • Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched• Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing• Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments• Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales• Lead generation• Database campaigns• Close sales• Lead follow up• Set listing appointments• Close listing appointments• Sales scripts mastery• CRM mastery Qualifications: • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently• Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone• Real estate license required• Commission opportunity• Good communication• Sales experience Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams was built on a simple yet revolutionary principle: People are what matter most.
