We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. This is a good stepping stone opportunity to become a listing agent: leads, listings, leverage. Responsibilities: • Evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports• Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent • Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information• Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers• Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc. to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to buy a home again• Relentless lead follow-up• Follow the team plan• Lead generation• Set appointments• Close appointments• Close sales• Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent• Database and CRM mastery• Sales scripts Qualifications: • Applicants must have a real estate license• Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills• Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car• Applicants must have a high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred• Real estate license required• Superb communication • Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 at plan commissions About Company: Keller Williams- Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
