Responsibilities: • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales• Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions• Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth• Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service• Lead follow up• Lead generation• Upside commission opportunity• Database campaigns• Set appointments• Execute appointments• Sales scripts• Close sales Qualifications: • Professional in attitude and appearance• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease• Real estate license• Commission opportunity• Superb communication• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: We are a group of highly productive, community-giving focused real estate agents, with service at the core of our practice of negotiating for and representing our clients to the very highest level.
