We are seeking a talented real estate acquisitions specialist to join one of our real estate teams. You will pursue new properties for the team and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. Real estate license is required. Team sales and lead generation are a big part of this upside commission opportunity as well. Responsibilities: • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract• Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed• Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends• Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction• Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales• Find acquisition properties• Develop builder, developer, and contractor network• Investment property lead generation• Investment property lead follow-up• Listing appointments• Investment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required• Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed• A real estate license required • Commission opportunity• Sales experience• Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 commissions About Company: Opportunity to be part of one of Orange County's top-producing teams with over 265 million in closed volume in the past 12 months.
