Responsibilities: • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service• Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis• Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions• Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process• Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved• Lead follow up• Real estate sales• Database campaigns• Lead generation• Set appointments• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Present yourself in a professional manner• A real estate license required• Commission opportunity• Sales experience• Good communication Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan About Company: Our team is rapidly expanding!
