Vida Integrated Health is actively seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Vida Everett clinic! If you want to work collaboratively on an interdisciplinary team with other excellent providers, this is a great opportunity to join a unique and effective healthcare model. Applicants will need a master’s degree in occupational therapy, a current license, and at least 1 year of experience working as an occupational therapist. Responsibilities:• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their medical history, current health concerns, and lifestyle factors.• Develop patient treatment plans based on diagnosis and incorporate occupational and physical therapy modalities to address the patient's health issues.• Helping injured workers get back to activity with work hardening, and work conditioning.• Maintain clinical records, including progress notes and treatment plans, for each patient.• Monitor patient's condition and responses to treatments and adjust treatments accordingly. Qualifications:• Authorized to work in the US.• Must have a degree in occupational therapy from an American Occupational Therapy Association-approved institution.• Must have a current state license in the state you reside in.• Minimum of 1 year experience in outpatient occupational therapy.• Must have exceptional analytical skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
