Location: North Richland HillsSummary: We are seeking a PRN (as needed) employee to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals looking for flexibility in their work schedule and the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and tasks as needed.Responsibilities (Dietary Service & Concierge):- Assist with PR projects including media relations, event planning, and content creation- Provide support for marketing campaigns and initiatives- Assist with crisis communication efforts as needed- Maintains the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In and Move-Out Register daily; Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary.- Maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures.- Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules for the office & dining room- Manages appointments for residents and family members such as but not limited to hairdresser, transportation, etc.Qualifications:- High School Diploma or GED Certification preferred- 1-3 years of customer service experience and/or training- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlinesSchedule: This is a PRN (as needed) position with flexible hours.
