We offer a competitive compensation package, with expected commission-based pay ranging from $50,000 to $150,000 per year . We offer our team health insurance, a 401(k) profit-sharing plan, and vacation time. You will have Sundays off and one other day off each week . This position works every Saturday . WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A SALES ASSOCIATE Ability to read and write effectively Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers Valid driver's license Preferred but not required: Some sales experience Bilingual in English and Spanish DAY-TO-DAY In this role, you will have the opportunity to greet and assist customers who are in the market for a new vehicle. You will be the first point of contact for potential buyers, providing exceptional customer service and helping them find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. Additionally, this role involves electronic follow-up with customers, ensuring that they have all the information they need to make an informed decision. You will have the chance to build relationships with customers and provide them with the support they need throughout their car-buying journey. In order to excel in this position, you will also have the opportunity to learn and become an expert in product knowledge. This will involve familiarizing yourself with the features and specifications of the vehicles we offer, so that you can confidently answer any questions customers may have. So, what do you think?
