Summer Internship only! Crystal Clean (CC) is one of the nation's leading privately held companies in the environmental waste services industry. We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to join our rapidly growing company. Purpose: The Fleet Coordinator will partner with the Fleet Analytical Coordinator and Fleet Operations to provide an administrative fleet support our all internal and external customers by assisting in various reporting, auditing, clerical and administrative tasks. Essential Duties: Maintain our tolling account by ensuring accuracy and submitting violations Audit rental log and confirm truck returns with the assigned Branch Coordinate new asset integration and provide required items such as transponders, ELD, plates, and fuel cards Update task completion progress on truck/equipment delivery tracker Coordinate and follow up on vehicle transports Create driver fuel PINs and deactivate them as needed Notify branches of their DOT compliance, collect DOT inspections, follow up with branches, scan collected forms, update vehicle records Review L&T reports for renewal requirements Update ELD provider when assets are transferred Job Requirements: In Junior or Senior year of a college or university Strong attention to detail skills Strong audit/review skills Proficient on Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint Core Competencies: Demonstrates ability to focus, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment Good communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral Highly motivated, results-oriented team player Proven problem solver Able to maintain confidential information Excellent follow up and organizational skills Present a positive image of Heritage-Crystal Clean to fellow employees, external contacts, and the public Work Environment: While performing essential duties of this position an individual regularly works indoors and may be required to sit for long periods. Individual will be required to regularly talk, hear, see and often reach with hands, stand, walk, use a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment.
