JOB SUMMARYThe Field Marketing Support Coordinator provides support to the Field Marketing Team. They coordinate assets and requests for projects in the Support Center on behalf of the Field Marketing Team. This position plays an integral role in ensuring projects progress through all necessary Support Center functions accurately, efficiently, and on time.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Key Responsibilities) * Respond promptly to inquiries and requests from the Field Marketing team and Franchisees, providing guidance on using portals and locating resources effectively. * Assist in troubleshooting issues related to platforms such as the Denny's Marketplace, CRM, and Yext. * Update, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of the Denny's Marketplace and CRM platforms for Field Marketing offerings. Ensure all field marketing assets are current, relevant, and aligned with brand guidelines. * Collaborate with the Creative team to develop field marketing collateral, ensuring its suitability for local markets. * Coordinates the implementation of all assigned projects with key business partners across the organization, working closely with all functional areas to ensure field programs are set up successfully * Place orders with vendors for additional collateral that is not currently available on the Denny's Marketplace. * Assist in planning Field Marketing initiatives, ensuring all aspects are appropriately coordinated and communicated. * Generate ongoing reports to key performance metrics using various tools such as CRM, Xformity, and Business Intelligence platforms. * Track and process invoices related to field marketing activities, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors. * Other tasks as assignedEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSEducation:Bachelor's degree preferred.Experience:1-2 years of marketing or related experience.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS * Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint. * Strong communication skills, both written and oral. * Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to prioritize / solid time management. * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights. * Problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to changing requirements.Denny's, Inc. is committed to providing equal employment opportunity for all persons regardless of age, race, creed, color, national origin, citizenship status, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, genetic information, military or veteran's status, criminal background, or any other characteristic protected by Federal, State, or local law.
