BECOMING OUR PLUMBING SUPERVISOR - PLUMBER FIELD MANAGER As a highly professional and patient team player, you excel in communication and coordination skills, working with coworkers and customers with ease. With excellent sales skills, you interact with customers daily and train new team members to convert calls into service appointments. Your goal-oriented and measurable coaching and training system, complete with incentives, motivates staff in every department. You also estimate job size and cost, monitor field technician performance, and provide guidance on service and workmanship. Holding technicians accountable for quality, customer service, growth, and goal attainment, you ensure staff is up-to-date on procedural changes. You also perform project management tasks that manage the planning of projects, run safety and culture-building components of meetings, and handle various office duties. Your dedication to the team's success is greatly appreciated and our company wouldn't be able to thrive without you. YOUR SCHEDULE AS OUR PLUMBING SUPERVISOR - PLUMBER FIELD MANAGER This full-time project management position typically works 8-hour shifts during the week with some on-call and weekend shifts . Our jobs are throughout Vancouver and the surrounding areas. REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR PLUMBING SUPERVISOR - PLUMBER FIELD MANAGER Residential plumbing experience with knowledge of the union contract 5+ years of project management experience Knowledge about our flat-rate pricing system as well as contractual pricing Knowledge about plumbing codes and standards for both Oregon and Washington Basic knowledge of computers and technology Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Customer service skills OSHA training is preferred OUR IDEAL PLUMBING SUPERVISOR - PLUMBER FIELD MANAGER Experience with ServiceTitan would be a huge plus. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required for this project management position.
