What we’re looking for: We're seeking an Account Manager / Track and Trace Coordinator with a passion for customer service and a keen interest in the logistics industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of freight logistics while honing your customer relationship skills. Even if you're new to the industry, if you have great communication skills, a knack for organization, and a customer-first mindset, you might be the perfect fit for our team. What you’ll be doing: Developing and maintaining relationships with contacts within our customers’ organizations. Resolving issues and offering support to our customers’ problems. Assisting with successful completion of day-to-day commitments. Collaborating with Operations and Sales to develop pricing quotes. Assisting operations with adjustments needed to meet customer expectations. Collaborating with coworkers in a team-oriented environment. Inputting, updating, and managing shipment information in our system. Assisting with dispatching carriers and tracking freight to ensure on-time pickup and delivery and communicate all updates or delays. Collaborating with the team to guarantee each shipment is completed appropriately. Assisting in making sure PODs are submitted in a timely manner. Effectively communicating with internal and external contacts in a professional manner. About You: You're adept at multitasking, managing competing demands, and dealing with changes. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You're familiar with MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Excel. You pay attention to detail and strive for accuracy in your work. You're capable of meeting deadlines and performing accurate work with guidance. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
