Duties:- Provide in-home care to individuals in need of assistance with daily activities- Assist with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of the individual- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment- Provide companionship and emotional support to individualsQualifications:- First aid and CPR certification- Experience in caregiving or a related field, such as nursing home or assisted living facility- Knowledge of basic medical procedures and protocols- Ability to manage challenging behaviors and provide behavior management techniques- Familiarity with resident rights and regulations regarding patient care- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAs an In Home Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.
