Up to $20,000 Sign-On Bonus for exp RNs (no contract) Schedule: 24 hrs/wk Wed-Fri 1500-2330 No Weekends Will work holidays that fall on those day Incentives and Benefits: Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 annually for continuing education Up to $20,000 Student Loan Forgiveness Can access Loan Forgiveness & Tuition Reimbursement simultaneously $16,000 for RN to BSN Bridge Program Shift differentials- Days, Nights, Weekends Health/Dental/Vision available Day 1 Free Parking Stay Pay Premium Eligible Oncology: Oncology is a 41-bed unit dedicated to providing personable, innovative, and compassionate care to all our patients, including those with new or complicated cancer diagnoses and hematological disorders. Our team works most closely with Mercy Hospitalists, Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Palliative Care, Hospice, and Chaplains. Nurses within the Oncology unit have an opportunity to grow in skills such as: Central lines Wound care Ostomy care IV therapy Corpaks, G-Tubes, NG tubes And more Patient Population: New or current complex cancer diagnoses Inpatient chemotherapy administration Patients transitioning to end of life care Hematologic disorders, such as sickle cell Medical surgical diagnoses, such as diabetes, wound management, respiratory failure, acute kidney injury, and more!
