Mercy Arkansas "GIG" Per Diem/Flex RN Position Calling all Nurses! Incentives: $40/hr Base Rate Variable Shift Incentives W-2 Employee Minimum 1 shift in 90 days 4, 8, or 12 hour shifts available Work Where and When You Want! Overview: Are you seeking a flexible incentivized Registered Nurse position? Ability to pick up day shift OR night shift- whatever works best for you! No weekend, holiday, or shift requirement. Locations available include: Rogers Fort Smith Bella Vista ED Springdale ED Community Hospitals: Waldron, Paris, Ozark, Booneville, Berryville Qualifications: Preferred Experience: One year of recent bed-side RN experience to work Med Surg. For all other specialties (ED, Critical Care, Women & Children's, Behavioral Health, etc.), a minimum of two years of recent bed-side RN experience.
