This position operates on a commission-only basis, meaning your compensation is directly tied to the policies you sell. Starting commission rates range from 80% and can escalate up to 130%. Non-captive agency Most carriers remit payments within 1-3 days. New lead subsidy program for fresh agents. Additional bonus opportunities. Access to personalized mentorship. Residual income With the potential to earn $100K+ annually as an average performer, $150K+ as a top performer, and $300K+ as an elite performer, the earning prospects are lucrative. Average commission per sale falls within the range of $800-1,000. Full-time positions are available for Life Insurance Sales agents, offering the flexibility to work remotely. Details : Core Activities : Handling inbound leads. Managing appointment schedules based on client inquiries. Assessing client needs to propose suitable life insurance solutions. Presenting and elucidating insurance policy options with professionalism and expertise. Maintaining accurate sales records and client interactions. Ensuring customer satisfaction and closing sales through diligent follow-ups. Participating in training sessions and staying abreast of industry developments.
