Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for a Plant Operations & Maintenance Manager at Phoebe Berks Health Center, a 284 bed Continuing Care Retirement Community in Wernersville, PA. Position is responsible for managing and prioritizing work orders for (Engineering) MEP, HVAC, boilers, chillers and other general maintenance including preventative maintenance. Manages, coaches and trains a team of hourly associates. Additionally assists with managing other smaller departments: EVS, Linen, Security and Shuttle Service. Ideal candidates will have experience in Healthcare engineering and maintenance, either as a lead, stationary engineer, supervisor or manager. High School Diploma or GED is required. EOE Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
