Job Duties:- Prepare, review and ensure compliance with tax regulations for complex multi-state tax returns, consolidated returns, and foreign reporting for both businesses and entities.- Prepare, review and ensure compliance with tax regulations of tax returns for high-net-worth individuals.- Manage numerous client accounts and directly interact with partners and clients.- Supervise Associate accountants.- Possess knowledge and understanding of foreign tax concepts for individual and business returns.- Prior experience with Forms 990 and 990-PF is a plus.Skills- Must Have: Minimum Education Requirement:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Master’s degree highly preferredCPA designation or ability to meet 150-credit requirement for CPA eligibilityKnowledge of or previous experience working with ProSystem Tax or OneSource Trust Tax is a plus Expertise in U.S. GAAP/GAAS and U.S. tax Prior work experience in public accounting with exposure to individual, corporate, and partnership taxationFlexible work arrangements including remote, work from home, and hybrid options are available for select roles.
