We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Security Specialist. Key Responsibilities Process individuals for Continuous Enrollment, per their previous CE/Investigation date and per requirement of their PD/MOS Visit Authorization Request Processing Update current Visit Authorization Request (VAR) Roster Setup/Put Away SIPR Terminals Daily Protective Distribution System (PDS) Inspections Granting appropriate Access per Position Description (PD)/Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) Trusted Associate Sponsorship System (TASS) RENEWAL Review/Processing Owning/Creating Subjects in Defense Information System for Security (DISS) Conduct Contractor Vetting Packet Review/Processing Initiation of Investigation through Personnel Security Investigation Portal (PSIP) Fingerprinting Request Scheduling/Processing Maintain Printing Requests Documentation/Records 25-2 Review/Processing 2875 Review/Processing Contract review to determine eligibility for TASS Renewal In/Out Processing Military, Civilian and Contractors Read-On/Debrief, documentation for Cleared Personnel Removing Subjects Updating Subject Information Clearance Verification Memo Drafting Subject Records Keeper Update Current/Out-processed personnel records Periodic Re-Investigation Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required 5 years relevant professional experience Demonstrate a wide range of knowledge in each of the security disciplines, this includes Personnel, Information, Industrial, and Physical Security as well as Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Here at rockITdata, we are committed to following our 10 Guiding Principles.
