The opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team working to promote our client's online digital service. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the brand, increase customer engagement, and drive sales. This role will involve creating compelling content, managing advertising campaigns across various platforms, analyzing campaign performance, and implementing optimization strategies to maximize ROI.Job duties include, but are not limited to: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand and products/services. Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, website, and other marketing channels. Manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences. Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize performance. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve. Track and report on key marketing KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. Compensation and Term This opportunity is for a 6 month contract position with deliverables including creating content, ad campaign management, assets and documentation, wireframes, and high fidelity designs. Pay is commensurate with experience. Qualifications you need A successful candidate possesses the following: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. A minimum of five (5) years in marketing, with a focus on digital advertising and social media marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager. Demonstrate past campaign performance and results in Google Search, Display, and Instagram Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads certification) are desirable but not required.
