Total expected hours of work are 25-29 per week. This is an ongoing position, and we are seeking an individual who will become a long-term team member.Responsibilities: * Processing and organizing admissions application materials; * Providing customer service to applicants (e.g., in person, by phone, e-mail, etc.); and * Assisting with other duties and projects as assigned. Required Qualifications: * Must possess a keen attention to detail; * Ability to work as a member of a team; * Demonstrated communication skills; * Demonstrated work ethic and a commitment to the overall goals of the Mason Admissions Office; * Must be comfortable working with culturally and ethnically diverse populations and college students of all ages, and be able to handle sensitive and/or confidential information and situations; and * Ability to balance multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment and maintain a positive attitude in a busy environment. Preferred Qualifications: * Bilingual; and * Prior experience in a university admissions environment.
